I have delivered 3 x New-build yachts from the finest Shipyards in Holland. Including responsibility for acceptance, inventory, crewing, ISM/ISPS/ILO/Flag/Class Deliverables. I have 25 years of professional experience at sea.

Through the development of New-build yachts, the ongoing operation at sea, refits & shore-based contracts, I have developed strong and broad Project Management skills. Having studied various Project Management techniques I make full use of modern, relevant software.

I am technically minded with a heightened grasp of IT, AV & communication systems. I have developed a very high level of computer literacy and have designed customised, digital management systems for monitoring finance and onboard systems.

I have gained valuable experience in personnel management, training, development & calculated delegation. I promote longevity and stability through considered teambuilding. Many of the crew that work with me also maintain excellent longevity.

I served for over 15 years in my last position on M.Y. GU & M.Y. Madame GU. I enjoy being productive, making the most of my work time and that of others in my team.

I am highly self motivated. I plan thoroughly and push hard to deliver accurately, on time and to budget.
